Privacy notice

Draft, awaiting legal review. This page is a plain-English placeholder describing how the product is designed. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and completed before public launch.

What we collect

• If you join our waitlist: your email address, which we use only to tell you when OWNLIO opens.
• Your account details: name, email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• The property, tenancy, finance, maintenance, reminder and document information you choose to enter, including limited tenant details such as a name and optional contact details.

We don't ask for national insurance numbers, ID scans or bank credentials.

How it's used and who processes it

Your information is used to provide the service. It's stored with Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), the website is hosted on Vercel, and waitlist signups and optional reminder emails are sent through Resend. The controller details, lawful bases, retention periods, international transfer information and your rights will be set out here once reviewed.

Your choices

You can export your data and request deletion of your account from Settings. If you joined the waitlist and want your email removed, contact us and we will delete it.
